How to Buy

We make it easy for you to buy from!

Adding an item to your Shopping Cart

When you find the item you want, simply click on the Add to Cart button. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your cart will show you the cost of the item selected and the applicable shipping cost. In your Shopping Cart you can change the quantity of items you have ordered, select your location (sales tax applies to orders made in Texas), empty your cart, select payment type, enter a separate shipping address, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.

Confirming your order

After you have added items to your Shopping Cart, check your order for accuracy. When you are satisfied that the information is correct, proceed to Checkout by clicking the Checkout button.

Return of Merchandise Policy (RMA)

In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:

IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return to a UPS,USPS,Fedex,etc... shipping location within 24 hours marked "Refused due to shipping damage." You must then email us so we can file a claim with UPS,USPS,Fedex,etc.... Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by UPS,USPS,Fedex,etc....

KEEP PACKAGING: Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork, don't throw anything way. They are required items for all warrantee issues.

READ INSTRUCTIONS: Read the instructions carefully and completely. Many of the items we sell can be damaged the first time if used improperly. Improper use will void your warrantee.

START SLOWLY: Take your time to get familiar with the items, and start slowly, to prevent accidental damage.


Most of the items we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty; therefore you will need to return them to the manufacturer only.

We accept returns on new, unopened, unused items. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns except orders that have custom painted bodies which will incure a 20% restocking fee. You must email us to receive an RMA number to authorize the return. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is dishonest and you will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions, and an administration charge. Open items are not returnable for a refund, however they most likely have a repair or replacement warranty available through the manufacture.

Defective Items: We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to insure quality improvements. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product.

A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is dishonest and you will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions, and an administration charge.

If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer contact information you may contact us for assistance and we will provide the manufacturer contact information. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box to the manufacturer, along with your packing slip and a detailed explanation of the defect within 30 days of receipt. Gift purchase returns and warranty claims for purchases made during November and December must be received by January 20th.

PLEASE NOTE: Items returned to us without an RMA# will be refused and will incur a handling charge to have the items returned. Items returned to us with an RMA# must be received within 30 days of the RMA issuance, and will normally be exchanged or replaced appropriately within 10 business days. A returned item with damage caused by you will receive at most a 20% refund, will immediately be discarded, and you may be subject to a $30 per hour administration charge. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or returned items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order.

Exchange Policy

You MUST have an RMA number to exchange any merchandise.

We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us so we can resolve any concerns. You will be asked to follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 30 days. Email us at to receive an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number.

2. Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)

3. Include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the return.

4. Pack the item(s) securely and email us to receive the return shipping address of the warehouse we will need the items shipped to.

5. Shipping charges are not refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us as well as the shipping charge to receive the replacement items.

Order Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed there will be a 10% processing fee applied to the refund. If your order has already shipped it cannot be cancelled. You would then need to return it to us for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping plus incur any restocking fees.
