Return Policy

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from RC-Tradingpost.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
The merchandise must be in new, unopened, and unused condition within its original packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.
To obtain an RMA number, please contact us through our Online Ticket System.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for the return and purchase insurance through carrier.
We do not accept responsibility for lost packages.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
All returned items are subject of 15% restocking fee.
Once an item has been used it cannot be returned for any reason. 
Defective items must be handled through the manufacturer. If you need assistance with the manufacture please contact us and we will be glad to assist. All final decisions will be up to the manufacturer.
Items returned must be in new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival. Returned merchandise must be received by us first before we will process and ship out any replacement products or refund the customer. We suggest using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of shipment along with tracking information. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process. 
Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable; because we have paid the shipment organization to send the shipment and they will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after the delivery has been processed. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send a product back to our facility.
We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise to its customer and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
